Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Clean Windows Where I Live?

Our window cleaner service is operated from two hubs which are located in Andover in Hampshire & Westbury in Wiltshire. From here we cover window cleaning in Andover, Ludgershall, Whitchurch, Overton, Amesbury, Warminster, Westbury, Melksham, Bath, Trowbridge & Frome.

We have a locations page for each of the above areas which highlights in further detail the surrounding villages we service for each.

How Much Does Window Cleaning Cost?

The average price for regular window cleaning of a residential property is £18. This should be taken as a guide only.

We will provide you a bespoke quote for your window cleaning so we can ensure you receive the best value for the window cleaning you require.

How Do You Clean Windows?

We clean your windows using the Water Fed Pole system of window cleaning. This is an extendable pole with a brush attached to the end which sprays purified water, from our van’s tank, directly onto your glass.

The purified water is the same as de-ionised water so it won’t leave any marks on the glass when it dries. The bristles on the brush do a fantastic job at cleaning your glass, frames and within all the crevices so the standard of cleaning is incredible.

It is completely normal for your windows to be left wet following cleaning. Leave all windows to dry naturally for a sparkling finish.

I have a 3/4 Storey House and/or Roof Windows. Can You Clean My Windows?

Yes. The system we use is able to safely clean up to 6 floors high. We are able to reach your roof windows or Velux windows and dorma windows too.

Also, if you happen to have windows above a conservatory or over a sloping roof we can easily clean these too.

With the Water Fed Pole system of cleaning, we can clean all these difficult to access windows easily, safely and efficiently for your cost.

Do I Need to be Home When You Visit For Cleaning?

No. As long as you can ensure there is access available we can attend and clean whether you are home or not. For example, leaving the gate unlocked.

If you are not home when we visit for cleaning, look out for the A6 sized leaflet which contains payment information and the date and time when we visited.

How Do I Pay For My Cleaning?

We accept payment via BACs or Bank Transfer.

BACS or Bank Transfer is the preferred form of payment and for this we leave a leaflet following cleaning which details the payment info, date and time of visit. We request that you make the payment within 7 calendar days of cleaning and use the first line of your address as the payment reference so we can track your payment.

Am I Notified Prior To Your Visits?

Yes. You will receive a Text Message/ SMS notification the evening before we visit.

This notification also serves as a reminder to ensure there is access available for us to be able to attend and conduct the window cleaning.

How Often Should I Have My Windows Cleaned?

You can choose to have your windows cleaned every 6 or 9 weeks.

Every 6 weeks is the average visit frequency which means we will visit roughly 8 times per year.

It’s Raining, Will You Still Visit For Window Cleaning?

Yes. During light or moderate rain we will still attend and conduct window cleaning.

This is because rain water will not affect the cleanliness of your windows given our system of cleaning.

Only if it is severe or heavy rain will we not attend for cleaning. This is because during heavy rainfall water will run down vertical surfaces such as walls and render which will carry dirt onto the glass following cleaning.

What Other Services Do You Offer?

We offer complementary services in addition to our window cleaning service which include; Gutter Clearance, Gutter and Fascia Washing, Conservatory Roof Cleaning and Solar Panel Cleaning.

We are able to complete these additional tasks when attending for your window cleaning.

We ask that you let us know in advance when you wish to have other services completed so that we can ensure we come prepared with the correct equipment.

Do You Clean Commercial and Industrial Buildings?

Yes. We currently provide commercial and industrial window cleaning and gutter cleaning services to hotels, schools, shops, industrial units and pubs throughout Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire.

We are able to conduct cleaning as high as 6 floors which covers most high buildings and negates the requirement for powered access.
